Once you have placed your order online, you can expect it to be processed and shipped within 1 - 5 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase items must be unused, in NEW condition and still have their tags attached, and packaging in the same condition it was received in, the shipping cost has to be covered by the customer.
All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All sales on Climbing and Safety Gear are final.
Our standard shipping time for domestic orders is 1-5 business days, but we can't guarantee this due to weather or carrier delays. For US orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. We offer free shipping on orders over $100, US orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
We will contact you if we anticipate that processing time may run beyond this period. Eskala Mountain Sports does not guarantee same day shipping, but we will do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please note that all items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. In the rare instance that delivery is delayed due to the shipper, Eskala Mountain Sports will work with the shipper to remedy the situation. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.
Some of our brands are restricted from shipping outside of Canada. (La Sportiva, Osprey, MSR, ThermaRest, Platypus)
