Carrots, Broccoli, Canola oil, Coconut milk, Green lentils, Yellow split peas, Brown rice, Onions, Soy sauce, Garlic, Spices, Herbs.

Instructions
- Open the pack at the first tear mark, discard oxygen absorber sachet.
- Pour 300 ml of boiling water directly into the pack and mix well.
- Remove air, close the pack, flip upside down and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Open the pack at the second tear mark. Mix well and enjoy!
