Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free local delivery is available within Penticton Area.
Deliveries are made from 5:00pm - 8:00pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In Store Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Eskala Mountain Sports, 101-136 Front Street Penticton BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30-5:30 on Monday to Friday and 9:30 to 4:00 on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We offer free shipping in orders over $100.00 CAN, it doesn’t apply to bulky and heavy items.
Please contact us before buying a Rope, Bouldering Mat, Skis or Snowshoes.
Orders under $100.00 pay a flat shipping rate of $15.00 CAN
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.
If you are not happy with your purchase, Eskala Mountain Sports will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage from the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in the original packaging such a shoes box. The return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
